RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy covers both the Fashion Institute and the E-Commerce Shop.

A. Fashion Institute – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Official Withdrawal Requirement

Students must submit an official written withdrawal request.
Stopping attendance does NOT qualify for a refund.

2. Institute-Initiated Cancellations

If Sukta Fashion Institute cancels a course:
✔ 100% refund OR
✔ Full credit transfer to next batch

3. Refund Schedule (Student Withdrawal)

Refund % decreases as the course start date approaches.

Example model (you can adjust):

  • 14+ days before start: 70% refund

  • 7–13 days before start: 40% refund

  • Within 6 days: 0–10% refund

  • After course begins (1 week): NO REFUND

4. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Registration/Application Fees

  • Admission Deposit

  • Material Fees

  • Administrative Charges

5. Extenuating Circumstances

Students may submit a Refund Appeal for reasons such as:

  • Serious illness

  • Family emergency

  • Medical restrictions

Supporting documents are required.

B. E-Commerce Shop – Return & Refund

Return Window
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 4 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

✔ New, unused, unwashed
✔ In original packaging
✔ With tags intact

Non-Returnable Items
  • Final sale/clearance products

  • Custom-made orders

  • Personalized items

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was our error.
