TERMS & CONDITIONS (FASHION INSTITUTE)

These Terms & Conditions govern course enrollment and participation at Sukla Fashion Institute, operated by Sukla Fabric Castle India Pvt. Ltd.

1. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full tuition.

  • The Institute may reject applications without providing a reason.

  • Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.

2. Course Changes & Cancellations

The Institute may cancel or reschedule classes due to:

  • Low enrollment

  • Unforeseen circumstances

  • Faculty unavailability

Students will receive:
✔ 100% refund OR
✔ Fee transfer to the next available batch.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including:

  • Notes

  • Videos

  • Workbooks

  • PDF downloads

  • Templates

  • Online content

Are the intellectual property of Sukta Fashion Institute and may NOT be:

  • Shared

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Sold

  • Posted online

Violation may result in legal action or removal from the course.

4. Attendance & Student Conduct

  • Students must maintain required attendance for certification.

  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct may lead to termination without refund.

5. Payments & Fees

  • All registration fees, deposits, and material fees are non-refundable.

  • Students are responsible for arranging their own materials unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability

The Institute is not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal items

  • Injuries caused by misuse of equipment

  • Business losses based on training outcomes

These Terms govern all purchases from Sukla Fashion Castle Store (operated by Sukla Fabric Castle India Pvt. Ltd.).

1. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate:

  • Descriptions

  • Prices

  • Colors

  • Images

However, due to screen variations, colors may differ from what you see on your device.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Full accuracy

  • Error-free descriptions

  • Stock availability

If an ordered item is unavailable:
✔ We will notify the customer
✔ A full refund will be issued immediately

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to verification and availability.

  • Orders may be cancelled for suspicious activity or invalid details.

  • Payments must be made through approved secure gateways.

3. Returns & Exchanges (Short Window)

Customers have 4 days from product delivery to request:

  • Return

  • Exchange

Only if the item is:

✔ Unused
✔ Unwashed
✔ Undamaged
✔ In original packaging
✔ With tags intact

Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Custom Orders

Customized garments (measurements, name embroidery, paint work, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer misuse of products

  • Incorrect washing of delicate items

  • Damage caused after delivery
